This custom backyard transformation by Nevack Construction Inc. was designed as a fully integrated luxury outdoor living environment, where structure, hardscape, and lighting are executed with precision. The space features a large-format interlock paver patio in a refined modular pattern with contrasting border accents, creating clean architectural definition throughout. A raised stone terrace and engineered step system provide seamless transitions from the home to the yard, anchored by a custom square gas fire feature set within a dedicated lounge area. The project also includes a built-in hot tub, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with premium stone finishes and bar seating, and a custom timber-framed screened porch that extends the home’s living space outdoors. Privacy fencing, structured hedge lines, and curated plantings frame the property, while integrated low-voltage LED lighting highlights steps, walls, architectural elements, and water features—delivering a sophisticated, resort-style landscape built with premium materials and meticulous craftsmanship.
