LANDSCAPE DESIGN

This custom Navan backyard by Nevack Construction Inc. was designed as a fully integrated, resort-inspired outdoor living environment built with premium materials and architectural precision. The in-ground pool features a natural rock waterfall, integrated slide, submerged swim-up bar seating, and precision-formed concrete coping for a seamless edge transition. Surrounding the pool, large-format interlock pavers are installed in a refined modular pattern with contrasting borders, creating clean geometry and visual depth throughout the space. A custom timber-frame pavilion with stone-clad columns and a standing-seam metal roof anchors the outdoor kitchen and bar area, finished with granite countertops, built-in appliances, and detailed masonry work. A dedicated fire lounge, layered armour stone accents, curated plantings, and integrated low-voltage LED lighting complete the composition—delivering a high-end, cohesive landscape designed for performance, durability, and elevated outdoor living.
