This custom backyard transformation by Nevack Construction Inc. was thoughtfully designed as a complete luxury outdoor living environment, where architecture, materials, and functionality integrate seamlessly. The space is anchored by a modern in-ground pool framed with large-format interlock pavers in a refined modular pattern, accented by a contrasting border for clean definition and visual depth. A circular fire feature patio, constructed with precision-laid paving stones and a stone-clad gas fire pit, creates a dedicated gathering area that balances warmth and symmetry. The fully integrated outdoor kitchen showcases premium stone veneer cabinetry, granite countertops, built-in stainless steel appliances, and subtle LED accent lighting for elevated evening ambiance. A raised composite deck with sleek glass railings connects the home to the landscape, while carefully placed lighting, structured plantings, and privacy screening complete the design.
