This custom landscape transformation by Nevack Construction Inc. was designed to deliver a refined, cohesive exterior environment that balances architectural structure with premium material selection. The front entry features precision-installed natural stone retaining walls and step systems, seamlessly integrated with a large-format interlock paver landing accented by a contrasting border inlay for visual depth and definition. A fully paved driveway and structured walkways create clean transitions throughout the property, while the backyard retreat is anchored by a custom square gas fire feature framed in coordinated stone masonry and modular pavers. The covered timber-frame deck showcases rich composite decking, integrated lighting, and a modern linear fire table lounge area, extending usable living space from day to night. Every element—from engineered base preparation to the layered low-voltage LED lighting and curated plantings—was executed with meticulous attention to detail, reflecting Nevack Construction’s commitment to high-end craftsmanship, durability, and timeless design.
